My experience with Seadoo is absolutely appalling. Kevin has promised to help, yet months have passed and he can't even make contact. Talked to the tech that works for the dealership and he is finally on my side. Seadoodoo told him to replace everything related to the starter. He stated that he found NO defects in any of the parts he replaced. He stated there is no reason to believe the same problem won't happen again. My newest contact with Bombardier has just simply not returned my phone calls.James,
Any more updates?

Thanks for your help. It was great talking to you last night. The case number I have is 1003737. Maybe they gave it a new one. I'll let you know if I hear anything.James,
I just got off the phone with Remy from Bombardier. He and I spoke for about 20 minutes, is your current case # 1031617? I have explained to him what issues that you have been having and how unsatisfied you are with SeaDoo/Bombardier. He is going to print this topic that we are discussing here and he is going to take this to the individual that is handling your case to review everything with them. Someone from Bombardier should be in touch with you once again real soon. I have asked Remy to replace your boat and he has informed me that this will be up for discussion. I will try to give you a call this afternoon.
Thanks,
Kevin Leclair

First off, Kevin has gone above and beyond the call to try to help you, as evidenced by his posts in this thread. As the boat owner, it is YOUR responsibility to do all these things, but he has tried to help. I don't see that as playing a "I love Bombardier" game, but a "let's try to help jpeezy out" game. Kevin has made phone calls and sent e-mails, on your behalf, at his expense, and asked nothing in return. In fact, every reply to your thread has been met with a sympathetic ear. To accuse us of playing out our fantasies and not helping you out is just plain absurd.I hope you guys don't feel good about promoting a company that could be so arrogant and take extreme advantage of their customers. It's time to step up and help or just play your fantasy "I love Bombardier" game. What's it going to be?

Did you not read the two previous posts? Kevin and I have talked and he is helping out very much. Your ranting was not necessary. You couldn't possibly know how I feel unless it actually happens to you. I appreciate all the help I can get. For real! Maybe you could pitch in and give Seadoo a call.First off, Kevin has gone above and beyond the call to try to help you, as evidenced by his posts in this thread. Bombardier's actions (or lack thereof) are completely beyond our control. I am sorry you have had such a bad experience with them, and had such a bad time with your boat. I hate to think that the same thing could happen to me or anyone else. Maybe it's time you took more extreme measures with the people who are causing your grief, instead of posting such assinine comments as the one I've quoted here. I would say you owe Kevin an apology for your statement.
As for me, I apologize to the rest of the board for my rant.

Yes I did read the 2 previous posts, and still find the your post I quoted unnecessary. You obviously missed the point of my rant. No matter, you are getting the help that you felt you weren't getting ( or you would not have posted what I quoted.)Did you not read the two previous posts? Thanks Kevin. I'm sorry for lashing out that one time. And I have been very patient with Seadoo but I've had enough. I'm not going to beg them to do what's right. I shouldn't have to. I've respectfully ask them to replace my defective boat. It's really pretty simple. I think it's my civic duty to tell the world how they do business. You should all be thanking me.Hey guys,
I have personally talked to James, his comments were unnecessary at the time but after speaking to him one on one I can see where he is coming from and I can say he is not the type of individual that is trying to bash us. He is completely frustrated with his situation, we all know we would be feeling the same way if we were in his boat (no pun intended). James has really done a lot to try to get his situation resolved but Bombardier just won't co-operate with him, to me it seems like it more the management of his dealer than anything that is causing the problem and delaying the resolution. He says he has a tech from the dealership that is also on his side so this helps. I believe his comments were just made in haste and frustration and I don't think he was speaking completely to bash us or Bombardier. James has gone through a lot trying to get a DOO that will just run so that he and his family can have a good time. Lets try to forget the hasty comments and move along so that hopefully James will be enjoying a new DOO real soon.
Thanks,
Kevin Leclair
Keep On DOO'ing It!

I just got a call from Mario @ BRP and he says they are taking another look at my case and will have an offer for me soon. I've got my fingers crossed. Kevin, What do you drink? I'll have to send you something for all your help. And I insist, so don't try to stop me.James,
