OMG. I got stranded again today. Same problem! I don't have my records with me but that's about 6 times out of 7 times. What in the hell am I going to do? All people please call SeaDoo and either fight or beg for:

Do you have a open case number with them ?.
Have you given thought to legal action ?.
You have given them ample time to fix the problem. I think.
What about trading it in for a different boat ?.

I want to avoid legal action due to the additional expense.

I'm going to give them one last chance to resolve the problem and then it's the BBB, States Att. General's office, and a lawyer. I'm done!

I found out today that they are pulling the motor and replacing the starter for the third time. I have been stranded 4 times since I bought this boat on July 9th. 18 hours on the motor which includes several hours used while being serviced. Why don't they just do the right thing and give me a replacement. boat?

Ok. I was just curious. I have several calls to a Mario Mathews. He hasn't returned my call from Friday. I'm starting the process to file complaints with the Department of Consumer Affairs and BBB.

No I acutally just haven't had the time, I am in the middle of buying a new home and dealing with all of that it is just too hard for me to hardly find time to do anything lately, sorry...
