Anyone know where I can get a Service and Repair Manual for an '05 Sportster SCIC besides the dealer? I bought a 4-Tec manual on ebay but it was only for engine.

The Sportster 4-tec models and Challenger 180 models are combined in manual 219100221

I bought this one from my dealer for around $65.

No, I cannot start the engine when the master power switch is off, however all the other electronics work, lights etc. The manual seems to be indicating when the master power switch is off that only the bilge pump should work.
