I have a rave valve that has slowly leaked oil for the year I've had the boat. Now the engine starts very hard, and runs terrible. Sometimes it will hit good RPM's but most of the time it runs 4-5K. The rave valve started leaking considerably more at the same time I started having engine trouble. What does the rave valve do, and can I replace it myself? I assume this isn't a coinsidence???
Any advise would be great.
THANKS!

How tough is it to replace the wear rings in a 97 Sea Doo Challenger 1800? Is it worth my time, or should I take it in?
Thanks

RPM's

When I take off, my left engine only hits 5000 rpm's. About 3/4 out of the hole it jumps up to 7000. My right engine hits 7000 right out of the hole. Any ideas why this is happening? It's costing me power when pulling.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Sun Deck

I just purchased a 97 challenger 1800, and need a couple parts. The sun deck pad is completely missing, and the seat divider pads on the rear seat are torn. Does anyone have these parts for sale, or know where I can get them?
Thanks
