#13064 How To Interpret Serial Numbers

I am considering buying my first Seadoo sportboat - a 2000 Sportster 5673. I have the serial number and wonder if I can parse it to find out how the boat is configured. My knowledge about this style of boat is zero so any information I can find out would be useful. I couldn't find any information on interpreting serial numbers on this site.

Please feel free to provide me with any feedback you may have on similar 2000 Sportsters.
