So I had cleaned and rebuilt my dual carbs, new gaskets, o rings, high and low speed screws, fuel filter. After install I seen that its runs smoother out of the water. In the water I have 1500rpm, I can push the throttle to 3000rpms after that it bogs down. I tried going both ways with the low speed factory is 1 1/2 turns that's where I started. No difference either way. I didn't touch the high speed just kept it closed. I have a video here at the ramp.
Any input would be grateful...

I took some pictures after hearing a noise under the drivers seat, is this problem that's spoke of on the hulls of 98's? I have a friend that can do fiberglass, has anyone took this on before maybe some pointers? Thanks for any input.

So I had to change the wear ring on one of my 140mm 787cc speedster pumps. It spins nicely till I tighten up the oil reservoir cone then its tough to turn the impeller by hand. Till I loosen up the 3 small screws than its ez again. Anyone have this problem? Thanks for any input.

So I had my pumps out for the winter and just got around to them cause one had a gash I wanted to replace. I had purchased 2 rings a few months ago I forgot were I ordered from. However the old ring was tight to the impeller not much gap like .021 ... the new ring has a huge gap .037 at the top and .030 on the rest.

Think I got a junk set of rings? I dont know the specs of the solas impeller diameter.
