I bought a 2011 Speedster 155 this spring and have been enjoying it so far. Have put about 6 hours on it so far and called the dealership to ask a few questions about the 10 hour service. When I spoke to the sales rep that sold me the boat he said that SeaDoo is now recommending 20-25 hours for the full break-in before bringing it in for the initial service.
Now if that is the case I am fine with that, as that means I have more time before I have to drop it off and spend money on the service, but wanted to see if anyone else had heard of anything like this? Just want to make sure that I follow all service intervals so that I do not do anything to compromise my 4 year warranty on the boat.
Thanks in advance for any information.

150 Speedster Trailer Questions
17 February 2012 - 10:41 AM
Hello all,
I just purchased a 2011 150 Speedster but will not be picking it up for another month or so. I was hoping someone with a 2011 or close year may be able to help me with 2 questions regarding the trailer?
1. Can you let me know the size of the tire and bolt pattern of the rim? Trying to price out a spare tire, but not sure what model the trailer is other than it is a Karavan trailer.
2. Anyone know what the hub size is on these trailers, want to pick up some Bearing Buddies but do not have the trailer here to measure the hubs?
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Hello all,
Just bought a 2011 Speedster 150 (155hp) and will be taking delivery in the next month or so once it warms up a bit. Live in the Greensboro area of North Carolina and usually head out to Belews Lake.
This will be my first SeaDoo jet boat, although I just sold a 2006 GTI SE and have been riding jet-skis for over 15 years, just need something a little bigger for the family now.
Well looking forward to browsing the forums, and if anyone else here is in the NC area and specifically hits Belews Lake let me know.
Thanks,
Kris
