I ordered mine June 15th and still have not received an order confirmation. Anxious would be an understatement, as my 5 year old daughter slipped on the swim platform last weekend after it got wet from jumping in a few times. She fell on her tailbone and actually bounced into the water. It hurt and scared her real bad. Needless to say, we will not be taking the boat out until I get my HYDROTURF installed!

UPDATE: I called today to try and get a tracking number and they can't find my order.
wow, very sorry to hear this and about your daughter slipping; did you place the order on their web-site or over the phone? and i am assuming that they did charge your credit card so that shows that you did place the order. I hope they get this resolved for you quickly

I ordered my Hydro Turf on June 7 and received it on June 24. If you call they will let you know when it will be shipped and on the day it is shipped give it five business days. I tried out the hydro turf this weekend and what a difference no slipping and sliding.I ordered mine June 15th and still have not received an order confirmation. I placed my initial order on the website and received the order confirmation via e-mail, but my credit card was never charged. When I called and talked with Toni last Thursday, she told me that she would take care of it. She called me on Saturday even though they are not open to get my credit card information again. According to the tracking number, my order shipped Monday and I will receive it this Friday.
