The black compartment is the dry storage with a rubber seal behind the wheel. On the port side you have the cooler with a small hole punched out for draining. The bilge pump will get all the water out and when you open the drains the rest will come out. Just make sure the hole is not clogged up in the cooler and the drains are not clogged as well.

There is something wrong with it if that is all you get. With it being new, I would take it to the dealer. What RPM's are you getting? It may have a supercharger issue.

Thanks, I took it to the dealer today, lets see what they say. I did not note the RPM. There was no additional power between 75% throttle and 100% throttle.
