I get lots of water in the ski locker in my 210 Challenger after sitting on the water for like an hour.  I found water coming in around where the exhaust goes through the hull on the starboard side.  It is a constant stream of water, not just some drops.  I have the sealant to re-seal the fitting but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

All Seadoo boats take on water when not underway and is "normal".  My 210 SE behaves the same way as yours and I don't suspect a problem with my boat at all.  2-3" of water in the ski locker over 12+ hours does not seem like a lot to me.  I get that much just parked on the lake for a couple of hours.  The 210's do not have a scupper valve and the water is likely entering from around the drive shafts.  My boat has done this since new so worn carbon seals is unlikely.

Did you talk to the shop yet?  I would expect them to confirm that this is expected.

I have a 2010 210 SE which came with a round table.  The only place I can store it is in the ski locker in the floor.  I think the 2011 210's come with an oval table and I could see those possibly fitting in the bow seat back storage area, but I don't know for sure.

Thermostat opens at 189F.  I think this is considered the operating temperature.

The high temp alarm is 212F on 155HP engines and 230F on 255/260HP engines.

No, it is not as easy as bolting on a supercharger to get the 155 motors to 215.  The computer would need to be changed, intercooler, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, different compression and pistons, etc.  To add all this stuff later to 2 engines would cost way more than difference in price between the 310 and 430 now.
