Looks like the whole fuse block is going bad. Today I was on the lake and the Bilge Vent fan stopped working along with the Radio. Fuses are good and the block is shorted just like the power port was originally.
Does anyone have a good source for Sea Doo parts? This thing is $483 at SeaDoo Warehouse plus $40 shipping & handling. Thanks.
Update: I finally purchased a new block and installed it. Everything works perfectly now! Purchased the new fuse block (Single engine Interface) from CyclePartsNation.com for $448 +35 shipping.

I have a 2006 4-tec and had the same issue. I just used a coat hanger to clear out the drain hole and to be honest I don't think there was much of a hole all the way down into the hull as I pretty much had to punch a hole through the styrofoam insulating the cooler. Drains very nicely after that.

Great topic guys! I had the same concern with my bilge pump as I have never seen it work either. Even after taking on a great deal of water, but I now know that most of that goes right out the scupper. Next time I am cleaning the boat I will make sure to put enough water in there to verify that the bilge is indeed working. Much better to figure out if it is working properly at home than on the water during an emergency. Thanks!

I had a similar issue on my previous boat (2006 Sportster (215 SCIC)). If I recall correctly, the fuse was blown. I recall the fuse label being incorrect (backwards or upside down numbering ... or numbering correct but location or picture was inaccurate)...troubleshoot all the fuses (front ones, not rear ones) and I think you'll solve your problem.
Yeah, I already checked the obvious. Fuse is good and you are right they are in there bass ackwards or rather numbered from bottom to top. I am getting power at the fuse panel, but never get it at the recepticle. My brother in law has the same boat and he said his power port never worked so I was just checking to see if anyone else had similar problems with theirs. Going to pick up the service manual for the wiring schematics. Thanks for the reply!
