I've paddled mine once last NYE after we were towed back to a super busy ramp at 1am. Best thing you can do is get a tow valve installed. Takes all the stress out of being towed or even paddling and suffering water ingress into the motor.

I reckon if you made a swivel bracket that bolted inside the lower glove box you could have a monitor that would swing out when being used and tucked away when not. I suction cup to my windshield and use a ram mount to mount an ipad when I want to watch tv in the boat via tivizen, I bluetooth the sound through the speakers.
