I have and would suggest enrolling in a prepaid legal service so you could have your attorney shoot of a letter detailing you re warranty issue. Most times they deny a legimate claim and it ends there. Why not put the ball in BRP's court and make them respond? For $49.00 a month it entitles you to 20 hours of legal work and identy theft/fraud monitoring. To me, it's a no brainer.

First of all, thanks Kevin for all your hard work maintaining and managing the site. My name is Rick and am 52....I don't know if that's old for a DOer or not. In Feb 05' my wife and I were vacationing at Marco Is. Florida and rented waverunners and I was hooked. I thought it would be neat to have a boat with all the performance and handeling of a waverunner and not get drenched, unless you want. I discovered jet boating and three weeks ago purchased a 05' sportster 4 tec. What what a blast we've had since. Health and happiness to everyone.

Thanks for speedy reply. A light in my head went off about 2 am and I realized that the plugs in the floor would have to come out and then attached to the seat. Well, this morning all went well and the seat is not fitted to thew boat. Next time I'll sit on my hands, stop and think before pulling on things. Thanks again for the guidance.See if the plastic pins, rivets , nails or whatever u want to call them have stayed in the floor of boat . If so pull them out and reattach to seat base . line up with holes and push firmly down.Pardon the stupid question but while cleaning the boat I pulled up on a seat cushon and cannot get it back into place. Any ideas?
