Bow light doesn't work 2011 Challenger 1800

The bow light and speedometer light doesn't work on my Challenger. The light on the toggle switch doesn't work when switch it on. I checked all the fuses and none are blown. Any ideas? Can you pull the toggle switch from the dash? Also how do you pull the instrument panel/speedometer?
