I am thinking about buying a 2005 Sportster LE DI and would like to know if the 130hp engine has enough power to pull water skier(single ski), tube or a wake board. Also how is the reliability with this engine. Is it fuel injected? 2 stroke or a 4stroke?
Should I be think about getting the 155hp or the 215hp. Can someone also clarify the difference between the 155hp engine and the 215 hp, is the 215 supercharged?

I have a 2001 with a 130hp engine and it pulls tubes and boards fine. Alot depends on the weight of skier and people on board. I'm sure the 155hp would be a little better, and of course the 215 will pull just about anything, but at what price? The 130hp is carburated and very realiable. The 215 is supercharged. Hope this helps.
