Please post some pics as you do the work. It sounds like a great idea and I may try and make the same mods.II have worked on jet skis for over 7 years and I have never seen anything this bad... The solenoid is just bolted to the bottom of hull with the fuses just sitting on the bottom as well... What ever happened to a sealed electrical box with all these components in it... As soon as you get some water in the boat the solenoid and fuses get f'in soaked.... Dont get me wrong I love the way the boat runs and looks but it does need some work if you plan to keep it for a while. I am going to install 2 sealed electrical boxes (one for each motor) from a older model sea-doo and get those components off the hull and into a sealed box where they belong...

Did you get the problem under contol?Hey Guys,
I just bought a brand new 2005 Speedster 200 with the twin 185 HP motors and I am having problems with it. As soon as I take off it starts porpoising. Weight, wind speed, boat speed, engine rpm and wave heights has no affct on reducing or increasing the amount of porpoising. Once it is porpoising the only way to stop the problem is to drop it off the plane. This is a very serious problem for a new product.
Has anyone encounted this before??
If so how did they overcome this problem??
Thanks
