How do you get to the fuse box on a 2001 Utopia 185? I know it's under the driver's console, but I'm concerned I'll break it if I try opening it the wrong way. Do pull up on it in similar fashion to the way the pasenger side radio compartment opens? I blew a fuse using an air pump plugged into the accessory outlet next to the radio.

New warnigns are being posted at local gas stations in Southeastern Pennsylvania, "Warning: If you are about to put fuel into your boat, please see the attendant about how ethanol may affect operation."

I didn't ask the attendant since I assumed they wouldn't have accurate information for my particular engine. Does anyone have information on how an ethanol mixture will affect the Mercury Optimax?

I'm a new boat owner and I'm not sure what to expect as far as responsiveness goes. Maybe it was the current in the Upper Chesapeake Bay the last time I took it out, but it didn't seem to turn as well to the right as to the left.

Are there any adjustments that can be made to fix this if it continues to be a problem? To start with, I'm not even sure what makes a jet boat turn.
