I have 2008 230 Challenger SE. Sure it goes like stink and handles speed great but I really liked was the slow speed performance. I planes at almost any speed. Most of the time I'm cruising slow or in the 10 to 20 mph range. The boat is always nice and flat. Compared to any I/O where you get a lot of bow lift it's great. Even with 2 engines the engine compatment is comparatively small to a 20+ ft I/O. The interior space is amazing and hold quite the crowd. The draft is only about 1 ft so prop damage is a thing of the past.
On the down side, I've had to become very careful about sucking stuff into the intake grates. Ropes, sticks etc all become hazards that you can't easily fix yourself. I've done both and every time it's a trip to the dealer. I've had the boat 3 seasons now and I still enjoy it a lot.
