Have only had them for 2 months but boat has not given any problems or any signs that it will be giving problems... those 1503 motors (properly maintained) are very reliable..... The kits are $3200.00 a motor but worth every penny in my book.

Caljet is a performance shop in Canada that works with BRP... His name is Mark Underwood.... I used to be big into the jet ski thing and had a few race crafts... HE has been working with 1503 motor for years now and has gotten some scarry HP.... I used to work for a jet ski performance shopWhere we built many 2 strokes but never a 4 stroke. We had a customer come in with an RXP that wanted make go faster... The guy spent over 15 grand with us and Mark Underwood basicly ran the project for us and showed us how to build them..... He sold us a Caljet kit which consist of a large intercooler, air intake system, thermostat, BOV, ECU,props and some Head and valve work.... The kit was amazing once installed.. The bike is basically the fastest RXP around.... We have raced all out Riva stage 3 RXP's and blown them away... So once I heard abouth the S200 with the 1503 motors, I couldnt pass up getting it and these kits. Its pretty pricey but worth every penny

If u do the math a 430 is the same step up as a 310 to a 370.... 60hp... The only difference is the intercollers. The 310 does about 54 and the 370 does about 60. So the 430 will do about 65-67... I bolted on a cal jet kit which boosts each motor up to 260 (total 520) and my once 370 is now runing 76.8 (best run yet) average was 75.5.
In Topic: Speedster 200 Electrical Problems

II have worked on jet skis for over 7 years and I have never seen anything this bad... The solenoid is just bolted to the bottom of hull with the fuses just sitting on the bottom as well... What ever happened to a sealed electrical box with all these components in it... As soon as you get some water in the boat the solenoid and fuses get f'in soaked.... Dont get me wrong I love the way the boat runs and looks but it does need some work if you plan to keep it for a while. I am going to install 2 sealed electrical boxes (one for each motor) from a older model sea-doo and get those components off the hull and into a sealed box where they belong...

I had a similar problem.... Start by checking the battery selector... Sometimes the cables get loose in the back.... Also check the fuses... In back of the battery you will see a solenoid and 2 fuses... those are the main fuses to that motor... Each motor has its own electrical scheme on each side... Check those fuses, I had the same problem and it was that...
My next point is that these boats have a horrible electrical configuration... I have worked on jet skis for over 7 years and I have never seen anything this bad...
