2009 Speedster 150 for sale - $17500
04 January 2011 - 12:19 PM
Selling my house on the river and I am re-thinking my boat requirements, so I am offering my 2009 Sea-doo Speedster 150 for sale. It has the 255hp SCIC engine. It is in excellent condition with only 18 hours on it. It has warranty until March 23 2011, so the new owner could still purchase up to an addtional 2 years factory warranty anytime before that. The boat has a few minor marks in the gel and decals (dock rash) on the stb. side, but nothing terrible. Otherwise it is in like new condition. Boat is all stock and everything works. This boat comes with the factory sea-doo cover and the upgraded trailer that has bigger tires, chrome wheels, disc brakes, built-in transom tie-downs, a spare tire with carrier, etc. Currently is is in indoor storage and can be seen anytime. If interested, call 705-345-3003 or pm me through this forum.

Check out my 'hood via the magic of the internet.
Go to http://www.bing.com/maps/ and type in "Trent Trail, Washago, Ontario, Canada" into the searh for location box. Zoom in and switch to aerial view. My place is the one with the green roof, 5th driveway from the end on the North side of Trent Trail. You can zoom out from there and see where we do our boating.
Let's keep this going - invite the SDSB gang over - post up the street your crib is on!

Leafs Tickets For Sale
17 September 2010 - 08:56 AM
Since the boating season is unfortunately quickly coming to a close, it's time to think hockey! I buy a bunch of TML tickets from a friend that is a season's ticket holder and I usually sell off all but a few games that I will go to. Usually they just sell word of mouth but I thought that I would offer them up here in case a fellow SDSB-er would like to go. As you know getting Leafs tickets at a decent price can be a pain, but I'm selling these for the face value of $95.00 each. I have the actual tickets, these are not "E-tickets" so local pick-up or shipping will be required. Priority post shipping I believe is around 12 dollars. They are section 302, row 2, seats 3&4. They are really good seats in the upper bowl only one row back from the front, putting you directly above the reds, behind the home net and to the goaltender's right. The view afforded by these seats is awesome - you can see all of the ice surface save one tiny bit in the corner closest to you. They are in a very short row (maybe 8 seats total) so you don't have people constantly walking in front of you. Also these seats are mere feet from the stairs that take you out to the promenade. The beer vendor is directly beside the stairway on one side and the restroom is on the other. It doesn't get any more convenient. The games that I currently have available are: Sat.Oct.2 vs.Red Wings, Thurs.Oct.21 vs. Rangers, Thurs.Nov.18 vs.Devils, Thurs.Dec.30 vs.Blue Jackets, Mon.Feb.7 vs.Thrashers and Mon.Mar.14 vs.Lightning. First come first served. Payment by EMT,cash in person,PMO or PayPal(add 5%).
Just for fun

Now for something a little different. Can anybody identify my avatar? What is it it? Where is it? The more specific you can be,the better. No prizes - just bragging rights to the first member to get it right.

Greetings all! I just picked up a barely used (7 hrs) 2009 Speedster 150 with the 255 4-tec that got traded in here where I work. I've got a buddy with a 160? Speedster with the V-6 merc and we went out for a "ride" with the two boats on the week-end. Different than any other boating that I've done, and quite a bit of fun! Any other members in the area from Lake Simcoe to the Chute? We are both right by Lock 42 on the Sparrow Lake side, but it would be cool to meet up with a few other Sea Doo boat owners some week-end and all go for a run to the Waubic, Silver Pines or something like that.
