Hi all,
New to boating and site. After some research wife and I purchased our first boat. 2010 210 Challenger. Live on the Merrimack River and thought this is the boat that would work best for our needs. A young family that loves watersports and enough room for family and friends to cruise the river and enjoy the views and the water.
We have had the boat in the water for two weeks and we are absolutely happy with our decision. We have a dock on our property that gets down to about four to five feet deep at low tide, allowing plenty of room to get in and out.
My wife and I are new to boating which helped us out in handling this boat as we did not have to break any bad habits.
What I did find interesting was how many opinions there were out there when we told others we decided on a jet boat. Everyone has an opinion and we realized most were uneducated and uninformed and biased to prop boats.
Our overall decision was based on needs and our boating environment and we feel our decision was a good one that we are truly happy with.
