Blown Fuse

I have a 2003 Utopia 185 2.5L V6 200 hp. I keep blowing a 15 amp fuse (SmartCraft Data Bus Circuit). No beeping occurs, only the fuse blows and the engine shuts down. I have replaced the fuel pump. I was told by Mercury this fuse is only connected to the fuel pump and the battery. Any suggestions on what to replace next? What to check? Sometimes the boat runs a few minutes and sometimes up to 45 minutes before blowing the fuse. It always seems to blow at idle speeds.
