We have the 07 wake and clocked 63 mph with the Bimini up on the tower, however this was during our test run prior to purchase, conditions were shmick and we had the wind with us at about 15 knots.
This was read off the clock not by GPS so maybe not totally spot on and haven't had ideal conditions to keep it on the deck to go at it since....
I reckon you should pull 60 mph no worries....

Couple of hundreds cheaper than the OEM product, website looks good and helpful....however would be interested in additional feedback from the crew on the poppy product...Is there a thread somewhere on the forum in addition to the link you posted...
