Hello...I thought I would introduce myself as part of joining the site. I'm from a town outside of Youngstown, Ohio. I just purchased a 2003 SeaDoo Challenger 1800 and love it. I've had a Polaris jetski and used a few prop boats on and off over the last 20 years but this is my first jet boat and I love it....

I'm a new Challenger 1800 owner and I'm looking for any help or advice offered. I'm trying to get it cleaned up (or making plans to clean cause when it's below freezing its difficult to get motivated) for spring. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the sunpad.

I get it half way off the the surrounding velcro but it seems it is attached at the back by something other than the velcro and I'm uncertain if I should just pull it off. I would rather keep my good intentions resulting in damage to a minimum....It looks like rubber plugs sewn into the pad and going into the fiberglass. Any help and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
