Nice big scratch

Hi guys, I slid under my sportster 4-tec today to check the water intake and I noticed a big scratch :angry:

about 1 inch wide x 6 inches long and few millimeters deep... Deep enough to get to the fiber glass... Looks like the boat scraped a rocky beach or something... I don't know how it happened... The fiberglass doesn't look damage, just a little scuffed maybe..

What's the best way to repair this... Someone suggested me Gelcoat... Is that good enough? Do I need to bring it to the dealer?

Best way to secure Doo and trailer

Hi Guys. Any advice on the best way to secure the trailer and the boat while not in my garage or hooked to the car?

For instance, if I go to a friend's cottage and I have to leave to boat outside on the trailer (when the day is over) while I use the car to do errands and stuff.

Any anti-trailer-theft ideas?
