mkp you have to use a heli coil ,it will reverse thread into what it left of the bolt and then you will be able to take it out ,after you tape it ,spray it with something to help free up the bolt.goodluck

Hi,
I'm new in this forum and new on boating.
I have a brand new 2008 Speedster 150 SC with only 2 hours on it.
I read about the potential problem with ceramic washers.
Is that problem present in 2008 models ?
Do I have to worry about that ?
Is there another issue I should worry about Speedster 150 ?
I live in Chile, south america, and will use my boat mainly at sea.
Thanks.
I have the same boat and did the research and found out our boats dont have the ceramics they are titanium coated ,you can tell we have the updated motors because of the kn air filter and intake system is upgraded, we also have better cooling with the flow of oil to our superchargers, does your boat have problem with the the locking drivers compartment, where you can put your finger under and open it ,even when it is locked.

Just go to Home Depot and get a hose quick connect $6,put the nipple on the fitting on the boat and the connector portion on the hose . I put my ladder down and put it in foward and just push it, in in a second ,no problemsit doesnt matter if it leaks water is still going in, i have been flushing mine like that and no problems yet considering that i mostly ride in salt water..
Let it leak...I have the same problem when i flush mine after a weekend of boating..It hasen't seemed to affect it yet... it just makes a mess, but then again there is water goin everywhere anyways. Is there an easier route to flush the engine for the Speedster 150? There isn't enough room to twist the garden hose so water always leak when I attempt to do it.
