Hi all. that beep beep beep beep simply meant that I was low on gas, duh. And it was right there in my manual. It's a warning letting me know that the gas is using the reserve. there is even a button on my dash to stop the beeping. As foolish as I feel I'm relieved that it wasn't something more serious.

Actually, it was my accellerator pump. Once they cleaned that up, (or repaired it), it worked great. Problem was it took the guys at the shop 4 tries to get it right, I had to bring it back on 4 occassions. The first two times they assured me it was the carbs, and charged me twice for cleaning them out. The second time he assured me it was my rotary valve, which, as it turned out, did need to be replaced, so the engine works much better. It wasn't until the last time I went in and took a fit did they actually trace the problem to the accellerator pump. Thanks for the info though.

Hey Joey,
you been out in the water yet? I just had Norm at Centennial do my summer service and ran into a bit of trouble, my starboard engine wouldn't run. It turned out it was the carbs, all plugged. But it's going now, but we haven't been out yet. I just got my operators card last night.
Maybe we'll see you out there, where do you usually go?
