So I clipped and put a new plug on and no change. As a last ditch effort to see if the GUAGES fuse popping was the issue I put a 7.5a in a it fired up without hesitation but now the volt light is on! So why is my GUAGES fuse blowing and I assume I'm in for a rectifier at least?

Found some burned wires leading to the ECM (?) Or whatever is on top of the airbox. Not sure if I should clip them and put new plugs and see what happens?!

When it wasn't starting was it turning over? Was the check engine light on? I have a no start situation right now...tried jumping the neutral switch but no change! I get the normal 2 beeps when I attach the DESS and then 4 quick beeps which I have read means the key is in and also that the boat is not in neutral.
Any help would be awesome!
