WTF? I just checked the engine area and I found these stainless steel hardware laying close to the bilge plug. Can someone identify these, please? Crap....this is my 3rd issue. I hope the dealer has the answer/ explanation for this. I did not notice any changes with the doo's performance last time I used it, though. I hope these parts are just extra ones left by the ass(emblers) down in the plant!!!!! Can you tell? I'm getting upset :angry:

OMG...now I'm thinking of getting a yamaha next time....

#10018 Ceramic washers no longer used on 2008 180 Challenger

I just spoke with a sales guy and was told that titanium or ss washers replaced the problematic ceramic washers on all 2008 180? Is this true? OR...just another sales pitch for me to buy an 08 instead of 07(this dealer no longer carry 07s).

My mechanic quoted me $65 for the washer replacement kit and 1.25hours of labor=$82. Will the job void the mfr warranty?

I've been reading the forums and it seemed that gel coat or stress crack is a common problem. I am a little bit concerned about this. I am in the market of purchasing my first brand new boat. This poll will help me decide if I should stay as a loyal fan of SeaDoo products. I've had total of 4 SeaDoo pwcs and 1 SeaDoo sport boat. Thanks for your input!
