I'm looking at purchasing a 2007 Challenger 180SE but I would like to know if it has enough power to carry 4 adults, a full tank of gas and pull up a slalom skier? I like all the features of the boat which really suits the family but I'm wondering if I should jump up to a twin engine model like the Utopia, even though I don't want to spend all the extra money.
