So far so good. What type of problems are you referring to?I have thought about replacing the two smaller batterise in my 1996 but have heard that can cause issues. Have you had any problems with your setup?
I had seen a few posts on another board where switchin to one battery caused one motor to miss. I cant see why that would happen since I believe these existing two batteries are not hooked up in series. Where did you end up putting the one larger battery and what size was it ? The main reason I want to change to a single battery setup is I am getting tired of the 3 month warranty on these samll batteries and paying $140 every year or so. At least with the Marine MAXX or any large marine battery I get a 3 to 6 year warranty
