I've reviewed the installation videos, and it appears to be very straightforward. However, the full process does seem to take some time.

I will install mine when the weather begins to warm up.

I'd say it took me about 2 hours. Most of that was scrubbing down the hull and prepping it. The thing hasn't budged a millimeter since I installed it.

This is a bit off topic, but did you install the keel-guard. I've just picked one up online.

Yes, I installed it. It's not hard, just took some elbow grease, and it works great! We don't beach it much, but knowing we have the protection in case we do, or if we hit flotsam, is nice.

Pulled this boat from the market and moved to Atlanta, so if anyone is in the ATL area and wants it please let me know.  It now has 36hrs on the engine if I'm not mistaken but is in perfect shape.  Been in a garage when not taking it out on the water.  Make me an offer!
