2003 sportster LE..motor was full of water. turned it over sans plugs, lubed it and it started! would not idle 4500 rmp + rebuilt carbs, now starts and idles fine bogs / dies around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. it was suggested the reed valves may have died when engine was turned over with water still in the engine. won't charge either....where is the rectifier on the 2003 sportster le?
