bigels

Hi everyone, I have a 2003 sea doo islandia.  I recently was out on the river and the boat was running great.  I went to pull my son on his tube and one of the engine compartment vent hoses came off and got wrapped in the belt.  they wrapped around the fly wheel and shut down the motor.  My engine will now not start.  it turns over but won't fire.  I was wondering if there is a shutdown on the boat to stop further damage.  any help would be appreciated.  Thanks David
