This past weekend while taking the cover off my 07 Challenger 185 in front of my house i discovered that the bilge pump was running. the master switch was off so for some reason the auto bilge pump came on. there was definitely no water in the bilge. I have no idea how long it was running. After i realized it was on i turned the master switch on, pushed the bilge dash switch to on then shut it off. This turned the bilge off. When i tried to start the boat it wouldn't kick on and i had to jump it. after riding around the lake for 20 minutes everything semmed fine and it started up normally the rest of the day. the bilge pump didn't come on at all the whole day.
this morning as i was leaving for work i walked by the boat and i heard the bilge pump going again.
has this happened to anyone else? any suggestions?
