Hi,
I have a small snag/tear in one of my rear seats... really small... like the size of a grain of rice. But I am afraid it's going to get worse with time if I don't try and fix it. Has anyone used a leather/vinyl repair kit from an auto parts store to fix these seats? The vinyl on this boat seems very soft/thin... Not sure if I can use one of those kits or if anyone else has tried it.
Thanks,
Edwin

Taking on water...

Hello,
I really want to love my 06 180SE... but today another strange thing... Wondering if others have had this problem... when I came off the gas, the nose of the boat of course gets lower. When I hit a few small waves while doing this - woosh!!!! in comes a TON of water! A TON! This happened 3 or 4 times when we were tubing. Thought it was cause someone was sitting up front... so I moved them to the back and same thing happened a few more times. I adjusted my stopping... but when pulling up wakeboarders and trying not to run them over after they fall, the last thing I want to do is also have to remember to stay on the gas so I don't get flooded. By the end of tubing/wakeboarding the ENTIRE floor was wet and in certain areas there was about 1.5 inches deep of water.
This is the first time I ever experienced this in a boat. Is this common???

ICS issue

Hello,
I was sitting in my boat yesterday for a couple of hours fidgeting with my stereo and I noticed something odd. (The DESS was not installed - but the main power was ON) I kept hearing a humming sound every 5-10 minutes. I finally figured out that it was my ICS activating. So I started watching it closely and about every 5-10 minutes, it would randomly activate and the clearing grate would open up and then close. A few times it opened up and closed 2 or 3 times before stopping.
I also laid under the boat and watched it... first thing I noticed was that the clearing grate never shut all the way. It stayed somewhat open... the open end had another 3 inches or so to go before it closed. There was nothing blocking it from shutting and there are no obstructions I can see.
Anyone ever experience this? This can't be normal. Any ideas??? I am still under warranty tso i guess that it the obvious way to go... just trying to avoid a trip to the stealership...
