Nice write-up. Have you had a reply, or figured it out? My wife and I just bought an 07 150 speedster and the issue of possible water contamination thru the exhaust cooling system, seems very fragile to me. That along with pump fouling (see weed or flotsam) makes me wonder about the reliability of these boats.
