Sea Jew

I am new to sea doo boating world, I got the 97 challenger project off line not knowing if it works. I have always wanted a sea doo boat so when I found this I had to have it. I was told both motors where working when the boat was last put up , but the sellers friend that was going to get them started showed up falling over drunk. I have it  at a highly referred shop in town waiting on diagnostics
