I decide to take the boat to Florida during our family vacation and thought it would be a great time to test out towing with the cover on. The trip was about 200 miles one way. I ran into a problem with the lower part of the windshield where it folds rubbing a hole into the cover. The piano hinge turned out to be the cause of the hole.  After contacting the manufacture http://commercialsewing.com/ they replaced the cover at no charge and add a rubber mat backing over the windshield portion of the cover. I have towed the boat several times with the cover since they added the backing and it works great. As for the rest of the cover it works great the suction it creates keeps the cover very tight against the boat during towing. Also the customer service was amazing. 

Let me start by saying I love my 2012 210 SP! Most of my lake trips are with five or more people and I feel like the 310HP is fine for the size of the boat. The only removable seats on the 210 SP are the transom walk through and the small center bow seat. All the other seats are hinged. I can reach a top speed of around 45 mph, but the fuel consumption is 20 gph at full throttle. On the flip side, in ECO Mode it burns 10 gph at like 35 mph give or take a few.

I Just ordered a poppy cover for my 2012 210 SP! So excited!

Solved the issue. I used a snake camera to locate the problem. Turns out it was excess foam blocking the drain.
