When in neutral with the steering straight ahead the boat creeps ahead slightly but much less than in forward.

My dealer told me they idle around 1800 rpm when he went over the boat at delivery. Mine idles at about 1800 rpm as well.

Thanks. We are fairly new to the boating thing but like to boat around home (Grand River Conservation Areas that allow boats) and Parry sound area as well.Congrads on the new doo...Where in ontario do you boat?? I boat in Georgain Bay areas.. Have fun with the new Doo!
I went with blue. I will post some pics whenever I figure out how to!!??. Looks like maybe I bought it too soon. BRP announced a free gas card on purchases made from today to July 10!!!!Congrats, let's see some pics when you get a chance! What color did you go with?

Well I did it!!! I went and bought a new 08 challenger 180 SE. We have only used for about an hour so far, but it is alot of fun!

I went to see the boat. It was the 185 hp version and looked like it was used as an ice breaker!!!! The owner would not go any lower than 18000 CAD. After talking to a dealer I can pick up an 08 SE for 26600CAD out the door. Seems like a no brainer to me!!
