Has anyone installed an aftermarket tower on a 230se. Recently purchase a fly high pro x series tower just waiting for it to arrive. I have figure out how to remove seat backs in the bow to access front support locations however not sure how to remove and access the rear mount area of the tower. This tower can span 48 - 70" from front support to rear support. At the rear support area there are bumper cushions on side of gunnel not sure how to remove. Is this the location to drill large access hole? 

If anyone has any pics or advise , i would greatly appreciate it.

Hi my name is Chad, my wife i recently made the decision to purchase a brand new 2009 230 SE 510hp. We will be picking up end of April. Very interested in learning all the little quirks with owning a jet boat. Can't wait to get out on the water. 

Quick question , can you run the 2009 engines seperately or are they required to run together.  The only reason i,m asking is fuel economy for traveling at 20 mph for longer distances (touring)? Thinking of running one to tour as it should not require more than 255hp to stay on step at 20mph.

What are some of the best options to add Hydro Turf , wake tower, travel cover?

Happy to have found a place to seek information and possibly provide some in the future.
