I'd love to see the pics, please upload them!
I've only got one pic, since my boat is 2 hours away, at Lake Tequesquitengo, so here it goes...

Beautifully done, mate!!! Congrats!!! However, how on the world did you get access to get the front support plates placed?! I never got to figure that out when I did my tower. I had to design it in order to make the tower receive the most amount of stress possible. I anybody wants to see a pic of it I uploaded one in a thread called homemade wakeboard tower. Cheers to everyone!!
In Topic: anybody knows where the hour counter is in a 2006 C180?!

Thanks Kev, I really appreciate it since I've spent hours looking for the counter. However, it is lamentable the way dealers are here in Mexico. I live in Mexico City, and the only authorized dealer to lay hands on the boats is in Guadalajara, about 5 or 6 hours away. The fun part comes when you drive all the way there to see that those dumbasses don't have a clue about what they are doing. Heck, I ordered a spare key for my boat 2 years ago and haven't had the chance to lay hands on it because those guys still don't have the damn coding machine. Also, my boat swallowed a rock that destroyed my wear ring and had really nasty cavitation and loss of power and speed issues. Without knowing the cause of my problems, I took it to them and they said everything was all right, that the problem was that it was being used in sweet water!!!! Later, thanks to these wonderful forums, I learned that it was the wear ring and immediately replaced it.
This is my story with my 180 and the incompetent dealers in Mexico... It has been so bad, that every single maintenance procedure on the boat has been done by my son and I, we know the boat inside out now hahaha. Well, thanks again Kev...
Greetings from Mexico!!!!

ICS is a complete and utter piece of SH"!%$. It causes more trouble than what it solves. The opening strength of the grate is really poor, so there is no chance that it can clear a serious clogging inside. It's great that SeaDoo has removed it already...
