Hello guys,
Buying 2003 Sportster LE, not sure if it is DI or not..

What should I check?

Seems to run nice 38 MPH on gps very easy, and starts up with a push of a button..

The only two problems are pin sized hole in water hose for cockpit bailer and bailer ball stop working so cockpit fills with some water..

Also, I don't know if it is normall but when I try to start it it beeps once and doesn"t start, I have to remove/install dess key then it beeps twice? and I can start with one button press.

Also I noticed when not on the plane the bow is really down and close to the water like maybe 12-14" is it normall or do I have water in there or soaked foam?
