Is this alot of hours or still pretty new? I'm looking at an 03 utopia with the 240 EFI and it's got 74 hours total. Is this engine a 2 or 4 stroke??

Hey now!! So I'm looking at an 03 185 utopia, taking it for a test spin this week, what should I be looking for? this engine is the 240 hp EFI v6.. Is this a 2 stroke or 4? How reliable is it? And is there a way to find out the hours on this boat?? Appreciate the help!!
