So I wound up calling the dealer, they said it might be to switch different views on the dash. I took it out last weekend and tried it and nothing changed. The ITC modes are controlled by the Mode ("M") and Select ("S") switches. I'm wondering if it's set up for the weedless intake should you do it aftermarket (which is strange b/c it's not an option on the 180 SE). Once I figure it out I'll post back, unless anyone else had ideas!

No, as I understand it that's an option for the twin engine 2012's. Perhaps the button is there in the event you install it aftermarket? I'll try to call the dealer; I'd assume the mechanic would know. Thanks Kevin-
