Heading out to the lake today from our creek at idle.
Noticed reduced hull speed at idle, then got high temp alram on port engine. Sounded like debris in the impeller. Shut down the engine, and idled back to our dock on one engine.
Ironically, our outing today was to take our Doo to the boat ramp to haul it out and put it away for the season! Now I'm stull stuck in the water.

It's fall here so there a lots of leaves etc. floating in the creek, so I assume we sucked up enough debris to plug the exhaust cooling intake?
If so, how do I flush out the exhaust with the boat still in the water?
