2003 Islandia Bilge Pump

I just recently purchased a 2003 Islandia and the Bilge pump wasn't working. I unclogged the pump that is in front of the engine that drains at a right rear port and it is working fine. Is their a second pump for the front of the boat. I see two drain ports on the left side mid boat. One is for the sink and I am assuming the other is for a second bilge pump. I know I have water in the front of the boat and when I operate the pump nothing comes out that port hole.

I am new to the forum and I just purchased a 2003 Isandia 250 Optimax. There are some minor issues with the boat so I hope to get some nourishment from the forum because I am also a first time boat owner. I'll post my unanswered questions after I search the forum to avoid redundancy. Thanks for having me!!!!!!!
