There is a device called temp sensor . Not sender ,thats for gage. The sensor tells eng computer eng is cold .THe computer has the injectors spray more fuel and brings the idle up . The same effect as a choke . You would need a scan tool to "read" the sensor to verify or take a chance .it was a wild guess but its worth a check.

You are correct . you can check the sensors with an ohm meter . I have not seen a seadoo manual and did not know they had a temp to resistance conversion chart.Thanks for the extra info.Cool, Thanks for the advice. I found in the manual how to functional check the sensor, (there are two) with just a multimeter. I'll check them and let you know for future reference.
