I bought the Skat Swirls with the same pitch as the one listed. Between the new Skats and my Driveshaft Carrier Retrofit the boat jumps out of the hole.I need to replace at least one of my impellers. It's got some good size dings in it and the wear ring is gouged out. The other impeller doesn't look too bad. The service guy at the local store says I should replace both of them. I'm wondering if it's just to take more of my money tho. They want to put in SeaDoo impellers and they price them at $240/each. Another local dealer prices SeaDoo impellers at $220/each. I've found Skat-Trak advises their 14.5/22/5 Swirl impellers for my boat ('96 with twin 720cc engines). Anybody else have any ideas or advice? Thanks in advance.
IMHO it was money well spent.

Impros made me a deal on mine for $200 each. I haven't seen better than them or Jetskimechanic. Thanks Robmoo. It looks like I'm gonna have to buy those Skat-Traks. I found them at www.jetskimechanic.com for $199/each. Anybody know if that's the best deal?

I was set to buy the Skat-Trac Swirl, 14.5/22.5 swirl impellers, when the guy recommended the slim version?
Why did you buy the swirl version and does anyone know what the advantages are between the swirl, slim and super slim versions?
thanks
