i get good top end with 2/3 adults
i get deep water monostarts on ski at less than 2 secs so thats good low end torque
acceleration is as you say a good kick up the pants - so i reckon seadoo did their homnework on matching the engine and impeller on the sportster.
WHAT A FANTASTIC ALLROUND BOAT

62 Mph on a GPS?!?!?!Thumper , belated thanks for your reply . Finally got broke in. Took for run on a twisty winy river. Full of S turns . This boat runs like it's on rails ! On straightaway got to 62 GPS. What a kick in the pants AS much fun and as fast as my airboat. And you cant ski behind airboat
Jesus, what did you do, wax the bottom of the boat recently?
Mind you mine is still relatively new but I've never been able to break the 53/54 mph barrier on my GPS (course my GTX SC used to blast up to 63-64...miss that).
Anyone else done that fast with an SCIC using a GPS? (Not the Dream-o-meter on the dash...).
